This fully soluble bag will form part of an effective infection control programme. Used in conjunction with standard and contact precautions it will minimize the risk of cross infection from contaminated linen. What a bonus to have the contaminated linen placed into the bag at the bedside, transported to the laundry and the bag placed into the washer all without having to be touched by staff again. This will certainly tick all of the boxes with regard to staff health & safety and risk management in infection control.
